This Fabulous Saturday could almost not be trumped by any other great event. Until the Doc Walker concert of course! Our Valentines Sunday was spent with my best lady and maid of honor. She's an Artist Relations Rep for her company which endorses Steve, the Drummer for Doc Walker, and scored us some free tix to the v-day show!
It was a GREAT Show. this will shock some of you who do not know me from years back; but I'm a secret country music fan. My friends have labeled me as fashion chic and "Cha-chee"; which left them stunned when I once again EEeked my school girl screams of delight and sang along to the Doc Walker band.
The best part of the night was, my Beau did not even know who Doc Walker was before we met Steve in the lobby before the show!
After the show was over, we all went back to the bus, as we got on to the bus, these Teeny-boppers rushed up behind us screaming and begging us to let them on, shouting out how they were huge fans. poor kids. We quickly shut and locked the door to their shrieking and upset faces.
Steve, mixed me some really stiff drinks. The boys had ordered 2 flats of keiths beer and were waiting for them; as I argued where the hell they would find beer on a Sunday night at 1am!?! To my ignorance, The beer came and the drinking continued. We watched the Olympics on their big screen bus T.V. and bantered about nonsense. My friend and I chic-chatted, and made eyes at the guys nice "bum-jeans" by True Religion. God I wish I was a personal stylist to the stars!
My Fab weekend ended with this:
"Wakeup in the morning feeling like P.Diddy"
With a hang over, and a looming Psych. Test, I bustled my little cha-chee bum to class. back to the reg life for another week.
this sounds so excellent! glad you had such a fabulous weekend. ;)
ReplyDeleteI went to the PEI show last week and they were amazing. I'm jealous that you have Doc Walker connections.
