Once a year we get to claim a day for ourselves. It's called our Birthday.
And I know I've grown up a little bit, and birthdays are less exciting each year. But I've been working really hard lately at being awesome, and I think I deserve a Day to celebrate my awesome.
The best part of this years Birthday for me is, it falls on a Scrimmage Day for my Roller Derby Team!
I will be playing with the River Valley Vixens!
And what goes hand in hand with Roller Derby? After Party of Course!
It's perfect, I'll go out and kick some derby butt, and then drinks right after to celebrate another night of awesome.
